Yoga Therapy and Somatic Movement & Bodywork (also known as SomaYoga Therapy) teaches you how to develop presence and a deepened awareness of your body. SomaYoga teaches you how to reset & regulate your nervous system, restore posture, expand your breath, and learn functional, fluid & free movement patterns. The result is greater freedom in how you move, greater freedom in how you feel, and greater freedom in your life.

Hi, I’m Wendy Athina Schottle. My purpose is to support and nurture people through trauma, loss, transitions, and the unpredictable phases of life. Transforming pain into peace, hope, meaning, and purpose. Having lived with chronic pain, trauma, and loss, I know firsthand the value of what I teach and that we all have the innate ability to heal when we reconnect with our body and reclaim our mind body soul connection.
