Somatic Yoga Therapy (also known as SomaYoga) has helped many people learn how to reconnect with their bodies to relieve stress, pain, trauma, & regain optimal movement patterns.
SomaYoga teaches you how to reset & regulate your nervous system, expand your breath, and learn functional, fluid & free movement patterns. The result is greater freedom in how you move, greater freedom in how you feel, and greater freedom in your life. Individual sessions provide you with a tailored home program specialized for you.
